ABOUT EQUINE EVENT MANAGEMENT

Headed by business partners Roe DeLecce and Mary Gipaya, Equine Event Management has partnered with Clark County to make Horseman's Park a premier equestrian facility.Roe and Mary bring years of experience in both the business and equestrian industries. They have amassed countless hours in numerous facets of the equine industry, including show production, barn management, showing, breeding and competing. The goal of their company, Equine Event Management, is to be your one-stop resource for a successful show. Their experience and dedication are what make that goal attainable.

ROE DELECCE
A native New Yorker, Roe moved to Las Vegas over 15 years ago. After spending time riding dressage and jumping, she is now actively competing in reining with I'm Smart n Shiny, her six year old palomino gelding. She founded Equine Event Management early in 2009.

MARY GIPAYA
As a youngster, Mary grew up traveling the country with her Marine Corp Family before landing in Hawaii. She moved to Las Vegas over 20 years ago and spent years on the Nevada youth rodeo circuit with her children. After showing and breeding American Paint horses for several years, she is now involved in the reining horse industry and competes with her fifteen year old stallion, Uvaldes Cut O Lena.
